Lanakila Baptist School’s mission & vision is to have students come to the realization of their need for the saving grace of Jesus Christ, mature in their faith, demonstrate Christian character, develop their God-given talents and be academically and intellectually prepared to engage the world in the 21st century and thereby impact generations for the glory of God. We accomplish our mission & vision by challenging equipping and inspiring young people to impact their world for Jesus Christ through a Bible-based college preparatory curriculum.

Lanakila Baptist School Teacher/ Administrators  Requirements

  • Born again believer
  • College degree in an applicable instructional area
  • Certification with Association of Christian Schools International or working toward ACSI certification
  • Active membership at Lanakila Baptist Church or a church of like-faith, approved by the School Board of Trustees
  • Agreement to Lanakila Baptist School’s Statement of Faith
  • Active involvement in spiritual and professional growth opportunities

COACHING OPPORTUNITIES
Coaches must have prior coaching experiences, be able to assess player skill and assign team positions. Coaches are also expected to develop a regular practice schedule and organize practice time to provide both individual and team development.
One Coach – Coaching both levels at the same time

  • Cross Country  (Fall)

Four Coaches – a Coach for Intermediate and Varsity Levels – both Girls and Boys 

  • Volleyball  (Fall: Girls); (Fall: Boys)
  • Basketball  (Winter: all levels – Boys and Girls)

Volunteer/ Chaperone Position

We are always looking for motivated family members who want to give of their time and talents to serve God & the students on our campus’ as a regular campus volunteer. If you desire to serve as a classroom helper or volunteer staff, we ask that you complete the volunteer and ethical & moral integrity forms and return it to the campus office that you wish to serve at.
